All communication, email or otherwise, delivered by Johnny Begale, as well as information set forth on this website (unconditionalmotivation.com) are meant to help you gain some psychological safety in a life where it may be a scarce resource. The content is available and meant to help you identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that are hindering your progression.  Areas you ultimately may choose to acknowledge and begin to dissect. However, any sort of relationship built and any communication/guidance is not professional mental health care or medical care. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a professional counselor (which Johnny Begale can help you navigate and find a counselor). This relationship may augment your therapy, but does not have the professional education to help you heal your emotional wounds.  Our relationship will help you find the strength to seek the help you need to heal, be curious, discover self love, and help create the life of your choosing!
