Motivation

Sometimes we feel a bit stuck, but having someone around to talk to and verbally vomit isn't an option. Well, plugging some healthy music in our ears might be a solid resource to utilize!

Freedom

This playlist is great for me when I'm feeling stuck because I don't feel empowered to do what I want, to make choices for me. We have the freedom to choose for us, just need to exercise that muscle!

Working on finding the strength to go after what we want in life, I find this podcast relatable and motivational.

Mental Instrumental

Sometimes you just need some non-lyrical tunes in the background, possibly with some dramatic effects! Some of this playlist are instrumental numbers from film, while others are some instrumental beats that I've added to the playlist over the years.

Stargazing

Just a random playlist I built and listened to while on my 6 week backpacking trip through SE Asia back in 2018
